Generally it takes 6 weeks from placing order to delivery. We also offer express order options at an additional cost. This sees lead times as fast as 2 weeks, depending on factory capacity. If it is a top-up order, the lead time decreases to 5 weeks.
Sublimated garments can have an infinite number of logos with no additional cost. Special embellishments such as embroideries will carry a minimal additional cost.
Our international team is based in Hong Kong. We ship to most countries in the world using international couriers such as DHL and Fedex.
We will begin manufacture of your custom garment once payment is received. 100% payment needed for orders less than $50,000HKD. Orders more than $50,000HKD require 50% deposit and require remaining 50% payment within 7 days of delivery.
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 10 pieces, depending on product. We can still manufacture orders less than 10 pieces, but this will incur a surcharge, depending on how few items are ordered.
Yes, additional “top up” orders can be processed with a 5-week lead time. To ensure best pricing it is recommended that orders are instead consolidated.
Our design team will listen to your design brief and make a proposal, we will amend to your review comments and make a final proposal.
Clubs with contracts in place usually see more attractive prices than non-contract order prices. If you regularly buy kit and would like to put a contract in place, please get in touch with our sales team.
Yes, quotation includes shipping. You can opt to wave a shipping cost if you’d like to physically pick up the kit from our warehouse in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
